New Zealand Shipping Policy

We will process all orders within 3 business days.

The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is five business days after we have processed the order.

You will receive an email with a tracking number soon after despatch.

Loss or Damage

Lanoguard NZ Ltd is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact our support team on info@lanoguard.nz if your order is damaged.  Please save all packing material and damaged products before filing a claim.

International Shipping

Lanoguard NZ Ltd does not ship internationally.
